For Example: $680/week in Spring or late Fall. This is a saving of $293 off of the standard rate.
cost: $680 = $139 x 7 days = $973 - 30% discount
save: $293 = $973 - $680


Payment Policy

  • All funds are in US dollars.
  • I'm an individual owner and so I'm not set up to take credit cards.
  • If reservation is more than 14 days away, please mail a deposit equivalent to the first night's rental (between $139 - $279) to confirm the reservation. Deposit is to be received within the week. The remainder is due 1 week prior to arrival.
  • If reservation is less than 14 days away, the entire amount due must be received before arrival and within 2 days of reservation. If the funds are not received within 2 days, the reservation may not be honored.
  • Cancellation:
    If cancelled 14 days or more before arrival, all money received will be returned minus a $25 handling fee.
    If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, there will be a fee equivalent to the first night's rental.
    This cancellation policy is modelled after Attitash Mtn Village's policy.
  • There is a $100 security deposit which is due along with the rental fee. This will be returned after checkout and provided no damage has occurred.
